Description
Participants will embark on an exhilarating waterbike tour, starting from Mothers Beach in Mornington. After a comprehensive safety briefing, participants will be fitted with their chosen waterbike, either Recumbent or Upright, and provided with lifejackets.
The tour will begin by pedalling out from Mornington Harbour, passing by the moored yachts and keeping an eye out for large look stingrays. Heading north, the tour will pass by Mills Beach and continue towards Beleura Cliff Lookout, offering breathtaking views from the cliff tops.
Along the way, Morning Star Beach and the iconic Hotel Manyung will come into sight, showcasing the area’s rich history. As the tour turns, participants will maintain a safe distance from the shore, passing Sunnyside North Beach, Victoria’s last remaining clothing optional beach. During the return trip, keep a lookout for the playful Bottlenose Dolphins known to frequent these waters.
The tour concludes near Schnapper Point, the original name of Mornington, and participants will return to Mothers Beach, where The Rocks Mornington provides a perfect spot to relax and recharge.
